O ativista bolsonarista Marcelo Stachin teve sua conta no Twitter bloqueada na última sexta-feira (24), após decisão do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal, que é relator do chamado “inquérito das fake news.
Stachin foi alvo da Polícia Federal em maio e é apontado por ter sido financiado por um grupo de empresários para espalhar “fake news” com o objetivo de ofender e atacar membros do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).
A suspeita sobre o financiamento consta no inquérito aberto por Alexandre de Moraes. À época, a Polícia Federal chegou tentar cumprir um mandado de busca contra ele, mas não encontrou seu endereço. Ele se apresentou à PF na sequência.
Segundo Alexandre, o bloqueio das contas se faz necessário “para a interrupção dos discursos com conteúdo de ódio, subversão da ordem e incentivo à quebra da normalidade institucional e democrática”.
No Instagram, Stachin chegou a publicar uma foto de sua conta no Twitter bloqueada.
“Brasil acima de tudo e DEUS acima de todos!”, escreveu ele na legenda da foto, se referindo ao slogan do presidente Jair Bolsonaro (sem partido).
Busca e apreensão
Na ação, a Polícia Federal (PF) cumpriu mandados de busca e apreensão em Mato Grosso, Distrito Federal, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Paraná e Santa Catarina.
Entre os alvos estão o ex-deputado federal Roberto Jefferson, o empresário Luciano Hang, o deputado estadual Douglas Garcia (PSL-SP) e blogueiro Allan dos Santos. Os quatro são aliados do presidente Jair Bolsonaro.
Em Mato Grosso, os agentes da PF chegaram a ir a um endereço indicado no mandado de busca e apreensão, no entanto, o imóvel não pertence mais a Marcelo. Ele, no entanto, se apresentou voluntariamente a PF nesta manhã.
O ministro determinou a busca e apreensão de computadores, “tablets”, celulares e outros dispositivos eletrônicos, “bem como de quaisquer outros materiais relacionados à disseminação das aludidas mensagens ofensivas e ameaçadoras”.
