A companhia aérea Azul cancelou todos os 27 voo que tinham como partida ou destino o Marechal Rondon, nesta segunda (23), segundo informações extraídas do site da Infraetro. Localizado em Várzea Grande, o aeroporto teve ao todo 34 voos cancelados. Quem estava indo para o interior, Sinop, Alta Floresta, Sorriso ou Rondonópolis, e faria escala no Marechal Rondon, já não pode seguir a viagem de avião desde a manhã desta segunda (23).
Os cancelamentos pegaram de surpresa tanto passageiros quanto Governo do Estado que chegou a publicar nota na tarde desta segunda afirmando que os aeroportos seguem operando normalmente, porém adotaram medidas para prevenção e combate ao avanço do coronavírus (Covid-19) em Mato Grosso. Os quatro aeroportos são administrados pela concessionária Centro-Oeste Airports (COA), sob concessão do Governo Federal, por meio do Ministério da Infraestrutura.
Em comunicação oficial afirmou que as medidas de higienização foram intensificadas e está sendo utilizado o álcool 70% para limpeza das superfícies e pontos de contato frequente, como corrimão, catraca e balcão, por exemplo. Também foram instalados dispensers de álcool gel nas áreas de grande circulação.
Para os funcionários que têm contato direto com os passageiros e superfícies potencialmente contaminadas foram orientados a usar máscaras de proteção respiratória e luvas descartáveis.
Casos
Ao todo são mais 180 casos suspeitos em Mato Grosso e dois já confirmados da doença. O monitoramento está sendo feito pela Secretaria de Estado de Saúde e pelo Gabinete de Situação, criado para realizar o monitoramento e adoção de medidas de enfrentamento de emergência contra a proliferação do coronavírus.
