A cotação da arroba do boi gordo começou a segunda-feira (23) com queda de 1,17% no preço e o produto é negociado a R$ 156,60 em São Paulo. Em Goiânia, o produto é vendido à vista a R$ 142. Já em Barretos e Araçatuba, em São Paulo, a arroba é comercializada a R$ 159.
O preço do quilo do frango congelado teve queda de 0,23% no valor e o produto é vendido a R$ 4,34. O preço do frango resfriado não sofreu alteração e é vendido a R$ 4,52.
No mercado financeiro, o preço da carcaça suína subiu 0,55% e o produto é negociado a R$ 7,33. Em Minas Gerais, o preço do suíno vivo se manteve e a mercadoria é vendida a R$ 4,99. No Paraná, o produto é comercializado à vista a R$ 4,35. Os valores são do Canal Rural e Cepea.
