O prefeito de Cuiabá Emanuel Pinheiro (MDB) decidiu manter o fechamento das escolas, academias, shoppings, distribuidoras e parques municipais, apesar dos apelos dos segmentos econômicos e da população. O decreto que normatiza a suspensão de algumas atividades até 28 de junho foi anunciado na manhã desta sábado (09).

“Não vivemos momento de normalidade, mas com medidas e o apoio da população, estamos avançando. Cuiabá está fora da média nacional. Agora, não podemos dispersar, relaxar e achar que tudo voltou ao normal. Graças a Deus, Cuiabá é exceção á regra. Se brincar, também descontrola. Não vivemos numa bolha. Fique em casa, não aglomere. Estamos conseguindo vencer pandemia mundial”, disse o prefeito, em live nas redes sociais.

Como resultados positivos no combate a pandemia, Emanuel cita que Cuiabá tem a 2ª menor média diária de novos casos entre as capitais, a 2ª menor taxa de letalidade por milhão de habitantes no Brasil e o 2º menor índice de Covid-19.

“Em 05 de abril, tinha 65% dos casos em Mato Grosso, hoje são 37%. Isso é resultado do esforço de toda população. Ouço as reivindicações, Não sou insensível, mas a vida vem em primeiro lugar. Não é que não quero abrir tudo, eu não posso. Seria irresponsável com sua vida e da sua família”, completou.

As aulas continuam suspensas até 17 de maio. Após essa data, a situação será reavaliada, dependendo dos índices do contagio do novo Coronavírus. A partir da próxima segunda (11) até 28 de junho ficarão suspensos o programa “Bom de Bola, Bom de Escola” e os demais programas escolares que impliquem em aglomeração de crianças e adolescentes.

Até 28 de junho, o atendimento nos Centros de Referência Especializados de Assistência Social (Creas), dos Centros de Referência da Assistência Social (Cras), do Restaurante Popular e dos albergues/abrigos municipais  serão realizados apenas de forma individualizada, ficando suspensas as atividades em grupo.

Pelo mesmo período fica suspenso o programa “Siminina”; as atividades realizadas no Centro de Convivência dos Idosos e as atividades realizadas no Centro Dia de Crianças e Adultos. (NR)

Passe Livre

Até 17 de maio, a Prefeitura de Cuiabá mantém suspensos o passe livre estudantil, tarifa social e Cartão Melhor Idade.  As estações de ônibus climatizadas  funcionarão sem a utilização de ar condicionado até 28 de junho de 2020, devendo ser devidamente higienizadas.

Além disso, fica determinada a manutenção de até 70% da frota de veículos utilizados no transporte público coletivo municipal até 17 de maio. Desse total, 20% para uso exclusivo dos profissionais da rede pública e privada de saúde, devidamente identificados e 50% para os demais usuários.

O  antigo Hospital Pronto-Socorro Municipal de Cuiabá foi estabelecido temporariamente como Hospital Referência para a Covid-19. Já a UPA Verdão será utilizada exclusivamente como unidade de apoio de leitos do Hospital Referência para internações e tratamento dos pacientes contaminados pelo novo Coronavírus, conforme determinado pelo plano municipal de contingência. A medida vale até 31 de maio.

Os  agendamentos, atendimentos ambulatoriais e dos procedimentos médicos, todos de caráter eletivo, nas unidades de saúde do município também estão suspensos até 31 de maio, podendo ser prorrogados.

 Serviço Público

A Prefeitura  está retomando o  atendimento presencial aos cidadãos, nos seguintes órgãos públicos municipais: Procuradoria Fiscal da Procuradoria-Geral; Centro Integrado de Atendimento ao Contribuinte (CIAC) e pelas Lojas de Atendimento ao  Cidadão (LACs)   da   secretaria municipal de Fazenda; secretaria municipal de Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Urbano Sustentável.

 Esporte e Lazer

Com o decreto, fica  determinada a suspensão das atividades nos parques públicos municipais, bem como nos equipamentos públicos comunitários em geral, tais como quadras poliesportivas, miniestádios, ginásios de esportes e congêneres. O objetivo é  evitar a aglomeração de pessoas em tais locais públicos.

A atividade econômica de locação de quadras poliesportivas, campos de futebol  fica suspensa. A prefeitura também recomenda  a suspensão das atividades esportivas realizadas em grupo, nas quadras poliesportivas e congêneres, localizadas em condomínios verticais e horizontais da Capital.
