Um motociclista identificado como Josiel Gomes de Carvalho de 53 anos, morreu na manhã de hoje, 25, depois de colidir contra uma carreta na MT-320, na região de Colíder, a 238 km de Sorriso.
Josiel transitava na rodovia no sentido Colíder/Nova Canaã e acabou invadindo a via em que a carreta transitava. Ele dirigia uma Honda Biz.
Segundo o relato do motorista da carreta, ele tentou frenar o veículo ao perceber a aproximação da moto, mas não conseguiu evitar a colisão frontal.
O condutor da moto chegou a ser encaminhado para o Hospital Regional, mas morreu cerca de uma hora depois do atendimento. Mediante o impacto, a motocicleta ficou completamente destruída.
O caso será apurado pela Polícia Civil.
