Mais de 100 milhões de pessoas ao redor do mundo estão conectadas no famoso aplicativo de relacionamento Tinder, porém, nem todas dão a sorte de encontrar alguém interessante como a Jenifer – tema da música que virou hit em 2019 – e acabam se expondo a riscos da vida real em busca de uma boa paquera. Ao dar match com o perfil de um homem bonito, jovem, musculoso e policial militar, a psicóloga Rafaela Rodrigues* jamais imaginou que poderia ser vítima de tentativa de estupro e terminaria o encontro com uma arma apontada pelo homem que conheceu no Tinder.

Usuária frequente do aplicativo, tomou algumas precauções habituais, como checar informações sobre o perfil da pessoa no Facebook e viu que havia uma amiga em comum. Perguntou se conhecia o policial pessoalmente, e como a amiga confirmou ficou mais segura.

Depois de algumas semanas de conversas online, concordou em se encontrar com o policial. Como estava sem condução própria, o homem se ofereceu para buscá-la em casa. Ela não viu nenhum problema nisso. Mandou mensagens para uma amiga dizendo que iria se encontrar com um rapaz do Tinder e passou os detalhes – como mais uma forma de se precaver. No encontro, o policial teve um surto ao ser contrariado e começou a xingá-la, a bater em objetos, gritou e foi agressivo verbalmente com ela. Ele ameaçou deixá-la para trás sozinha, ela começou a chorar e conseguiu convencê-lo a ir embora. No caminho de volta para casa, Rafaela sentiu medo por pensar no que poderia acontecer dentro do carro. “Ele falou: você não me conhece, você não sabe quem sou. Já tenho 19 crimes nas costas, mais um não vai mudar em nada a minha história. Quando parou o carro, disse que queria o dinheiro gasto no encontro. E falou: você acha que estou brincando? E sacou uma arma. Quando saí do carro, fechei o olho e só andei para frente, porque na minha cabeça ia me dar um tiro nas costas”, conta. 

Rafaela, ao chegar em casa, se lembra de não acreditar que aquela situação havia acontecido. Ao pesquisar o nome dele na internet, viu várias matérias jornalísticas com o nome que usava envolvido em casos de violência sexual, estupro, morte e esquemas de corrupção. Preocupada, registrou boletim de ocorrência diante da situação e descobriu a verdadeira identidade do rapaz: se passava por policial, mas na verdade tinha uma empresa de segurança, era agiota e, após aquele encontro, havia sido preso por porte ilegal de arma. Lendo notícias da prisão dele, Rafaela ficou ainda mais horrorizada ao ver comentários de pessoas dizendo que também foram vítimas de vários golpes e crimes praticados pelo mesmo homem. Refletindo sobre o que aconteceu, a jovem afirma: “todo mundo sabe que há riscos, mas nunca imaginamos que vai acontecer. É arriscado, quantas histórias já vimos de primeiros encontros que há estupro, assalto, mas cada um tem que saber o que faz e como cuidar da própria segurança”. Como conselho, indica o cuidado de criar vínculos com a pessoa, buscar informações mais completas, checar se amigos ou familiares conhecem aquela pessoa. “Eu não julgo quem usa Tinder, porque é a escolha de cada um, mas, de fato, estamos muito expostos. Temos que nos precaver, é preciso usar de uma maneira adequada”, reflete.

Confiar desconfiando – O delegado da Gerência de Combate a Crimes de Alta Tecnologia (Gecat) da Polícia Judiciária Civil, Eduardo Botelho, alerta os usuários de aplicativos como o Tinder, Happn, Badoo, Paktor, Bumble e outros para que adotem uma postura de confiar desconfiando dos possíveis “crushes”. “Os usuários desses aplicativos têm que agir com uma certa desconfiança, têm que confiar desconfiando. Assim que começar a conhecer uma certa pessoa, pesquise o perfil dela, pesquise o nome dela no Google para saber se não tem envolvimento anterior com a prática de crimes. Quando houver um encontro físico, que seja realizado em locais com um aglomerado maior de pessoas para que isso possa inibir pessoas mal intencionadas”, alerta. Além disso, o delegado enfatiza que é preciso ter a noção de que existe um enorme número de pessoas má intencionadas cadastradas nos aplicativos e a partir disso saber se portar e se defender. Nós vivemos na sociedade da informação, mas não é por isso que devemos disponibilizar dados da nossa vida íntima de forma tão fácil e célere. Temos que nos precaver, pensar sempre que a prevenção é muito mais importante que a repressão”, destaca. 

Vulnerabilidade de dados – Além dos perigos existentes no mundo real, também há o risco de ser vítima em crimes virtuais por meio do uso de aplicativos de relacionamento. O delegado Eduardo Botelho explica que tais aplicativos não possuem filtros suficientes para evitar que pessoas criem perfis falsos a partir dos dados inseridos por usuários reais – como Rafaela – a fim de cometer ilícitos. Por meio de conexões inseguras, é possível interceptar a transferência de dados, ter acesso a mensagens e imagens compartilhadas e ainda facilmente descobrir todos os dados de identidade do usuário, sejam as informações inseridas em outras mídias sociais, seja nos documentos de identificação, como RG, CPF, data de nascimento etc. Com esses dados, criminosos praticam estelionato, crimes contra a honra, pedofilia, dentre outros. 

Localização – A localização do celular conectado aos aplicativos também é outro ponto que exige cautela dos usuários. O aplicativo Happn, por exemplo, usa a distância entre duas pessoas interessadas uma na outra na tentativa de viabilizar o encontro, e, com isso, expõe possíveis situações de risco para que pessoas má intencionadas pratiquem crimes com a vítima tendo acesso ao local onde está em tempo real. “Se esse dispositivo apontar que está em um local ermo, isso pode servir de chamariz para que uma pessoa má intencionada vá com a intenção de praticar um crime. Até com essa ferramenta criada com o fim de facilitar a vida da pessoa, temos que tomar cuidados para não nos colocarmos em situação de risco”, orienta o delegado.
