Calendário de limpeza da cidade já está pronto e inicia no mês de janeiro

Na próxima terça-feira (22), às 9 horas, no Centro de Eventos Ari José Riedi, a Prefeitura fará o lançamento do calendário da Coleta de Resíduos Sólidos de Sorriso 2021. No calendário, cada munícipe poderá acompanhar quando equipes de limpeza passarão em cada setor, podendo, desta maneira, organizar o material a ser recolhido e deixar, somente neste período, nas calçadas.

Além de acessar o calendário pelo site da Prefeitura, também é possível obter um exemplar impresso nas unidades de Saúde, no Paço Municipal, na Secretaria de Obras e Serviços Públicos (Semosp) e no Ganha Tempo.

O evento contará com a presença das equipes da Semosp, da Secretaria de Saúde Saneamento (Semsas) e também do Núcleo Integrado de Fiscalização (NIF), além de outros integrantes da Administração Municipal de Sorriso. Líderes comunitários e demais representantes da sociedade também devem participar da reunião, que seguirá todos os protocolos necessários para evitar a propagação do novo coronavírus, Sars-CoV-2, que provoca a Covid-19.

Coleta de Resíduos Sólidos 

Para organizar o processo, a cidade foi dividida em oito setores, que durante o ano, contam, cada um, com oito coletas. Na coleta de resíduos sólidos, são recolhidos móveis e eletrodomésticos velhos e inservíveis e resíduos sólidos provenientes da limpeza de jardins (folhas e restos vegetais que podem servir como criadouro de insetos e animais peçonhentos, como a grama quando é cortada).

A orientação é que estes resíduos sejam colocados em sacos de até 60 kg e guardados dentro de cada terreno (em local abrigado da chuva) até o período da coleta, visto que colocar estes resíduos nas calçadas fora do período correto pode gerar multa.

Já aqueles galhos maiores, resultado de podas, devem ser levados pelo próprio morador até o Depósito Municipal de Entulhos e Galhadas (antigo Lixão). Neste mesmo local devem ser destinados os restos de construção civil e também resíduos industriais.

Coleta de Recicláveis

Já os materiais recicláveis, com possibilidade de reutilização pela indústria, podem e devem ser destinados de maneira correta. Em alguns bairros de Sorriso, já é disponibilizada a coleta de resíduos porta a porta, e o trabalho vem avançando gradativamente. No entanto, para os sorrisenses que ainda não dispõe da coleta de recicláveis na porta de casa, também é possível contribuir para um mundo menos descartável.

Basta levar os recicláveis (sempre limpos) em um dos três ecopontos que recebem este tipo de material na cidade, como o ecoponto localizado no bairro Vila Romana (Rua São Pedro), o ecoponto do Cemeis Caminhos do Saber (Jardim Primavera) e da Escola Municipal Flor do Amanhã (Bairro Industrial), assim como diretamente no Depósito Municipal de Entulhos e Galhadas (DMEG).

Podem ser recicladas embalagens de plástico, papel, metal, isopor e também as tetra  pak (caixinhas de leite, suco ou achocolatado). Vale a orientação de sempre limpar estes materiais antes de acondicionar para a coleta ou destinação nos ecopontos.

Mesmo nos bairros que contam com a seletiva, os moradores devem ficar atentos para não colocar vidros para a coleta. Estes resíduos, sempre limpos, devem ser descartados exclusivamente nos ecopontos. Vale a recomendação para sejam acomodados de maneira a não provocar acidentes no momento da coleta.
