Uma sexta-feira movimentada no Centro de Eventos Ari José Riedi.
O Dia oficial no combate à homofobia, 17 de Maio, foi voltado ao público que acompanhou as palestras sobre direitos humanos, prevenção à saúde, a homofobia no contexto do direito brasileiro e o trabalho social desenvolvido pelo Centro de Referência Especializado em Assistência Social (Creas), com vítimas de violação de direitos.

Cerca de 200 pessoas participaram do evento promovido pela Prefeitura Municipal de Sorriso para discutir esse assunto que ainda é um tabu para muitos.

O fórum teve a contribuição dos palestrantes Clóvis Arantes, representante da ABGLT (Associação Brasileira de Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Travestis e Transexuais), Danielle Oneda (coordenadora do SAE), Ana Paula (infectologista), Márcio Coletti (psicólogo do CREAS) além da Dra. Isamara (representante da OAB).
