O próprio vereador Celso Kosak confirmou a notícia na manhã desta segunda-feira (01-08). Segundo ele, a CPI dos Fantasmas já teria alcançado clareza suficiente para garantir a culpabilidade dos responsáveis pelo desvio de recursos da Prefeitura de Sorriso através de pagamento para funcionários fantasmas.

“Como relator da comissão estamos analisando alguns documentos que chegaram para nós neste período de recesso. Vamos reunir novamente esta semana. A CPI não será desfeita, mas, vamos ter um desfecho, um relatório final, com tidos os requisitos da lei para que estes recursos sejam devolvidos e as pessoas culpadas sejam julgadas pela justiça”, afirmou o relator em entrevista.

Kosak confirmou que o relatório está sendo concluído: “Só vamos ainda aguardar a próxima reunião da comissão. Temos provas suficientes. Já analisamos todo o contexto do que aconteceu e vamos culpar os responsáveis e buscar estes recursos de volta”.

Indagado sobre o conteúdo do relatório ele apenas respondeu: “Tem algumas novidades que serão especificadas no relatório”.  E destacou que está satisfeito com os resultados: “Nós conseguimos perante todos os relatos que tivemos, a sustentação do relatório final. Estou feliz pelos depoimentos que tivemos e creio que foi dentro da tinha que iniciamos no começo da CPI”.

Questionado sobre o pedido de quebra de sigilo bancário e sobre documentos do Ministério Público que ainda não chegaram à CPI, Kosak disse que está se adiantando: “Como relator preciso preparar o relatório. Para a outra CPI foi negado. Por enquanto não chegou esta resposta para nós. Como relator tenho que adiantar, surgiu alguma novidade, vamos colocar no relatório. Estamos prorrogando todas as semanas a CPI e a elaboração do relatório vem para que em tempo hábil possamos fechar a CPI”. (Colaborou Ivan Oliveira – TV Cidade Verde)
