Uma analise preliminar da Politec (Perícia Oficial de Identificação Técnica) apontou que o incêndio de grandes proporções que atingiu a empresa Luft Logistic, em Sorriso, teve início no galpão de defensivos agrícolas.
A empresa é do ramo de fertilizantes e sementes e, de acordo com a perita Aline Vieira Rodrigues, os defensivos queimados tinham faixas amarela e azul, que são considerados produtos moderadamente tóxicos e os pouco tóxicos.
“No galpão, que foi totalmente consumido pelo fogo, e na área externa tinham diversos tipos de defensivos agrícolas. Alguns materiais não foram atingidos”, explicou.
Conforme a perita, o armazém é dividido em dois galpões e um deles foi totalmente consumido pelas chamas. O galpão atingido foi o que armazenava os defensivos. O outro, em que os grãos eram armazenados, ficou intacto.
A área coberta utilizada para o carregamento e descarregamento dos materiais também foi atingida.
O laudo caracteriza as dimensões dos danos e os materiais atingidos pelo incêndio.
Na segunda-feira (10) um perito de Sinop esteve no local e avalia as possíveis causas do incêndio.
A Sema (Secretaria de Estado de Meio Ambiente) e o Núcleo Integrado de Fiscalização de Sorriso também estiveram nas dependências da empresa.
“Eles constataram que esse incêndio representava risco de contaminação ambiental no entorno da empresa e os notificaram”, explicou.
Devido à chuva e ao próprio procedimento de combate às chamas a água se misturou aos defensivos e estava escoando no entorno.
Após a notificação a empresa já teria contatado a Ambipar – que atua nos serviços de gestão ambiental – para os procedimentos necessários.
