Mostrar os conhecimentos adquiridos pelos alunos das turmas de 6º e 7º anos durante as aulas de Robótica no primeiro semestre. Este foi o objetivo do 2º Campeonato de Robótica realizado na quinta-feira (07) pela Escola Municipal São Domingos.
De acordo com a coordenadora pedagógica de Robótica Educacional, Maria Cecilia Lira, a competição serviu para analisar se os alunos estão desenvolvendo as habilidades e competências necessárias dentro das aulas de robótica. “Essas competições incentivam os alunos a participarem das aulas e estimulam o trabalho em equipe; também favorecem aos professores terem mais gosto pelas tecnologias educacionais e mostram à comunidade escolar o quanto os alunos vem desenvolvendo com as atividades de robótica”, explica a professora.
Desde o início de 2021, a Secretaria Municipal de Educação e Cultura (Semec) vem trabalhando na inclusão da disciplina de Robótica Educacional na rede municipal de ensino. A Escola São Domingos recebeu o projeto piloto, que depois foi estendido aos alunos do Centro Municipal de Educação Básica (CEMEB) Sorriso. Para desenvovler a disciplina, a Semec vem promovendo formação continuada para capacitar os professores acerca do ensino da robótica. “Queremos avançar com o projeto e logo estenderemos a mais unidades”, diz a secretária municipal de Educação e Cultura, Lúcia Drechsler.
