A Assembleia Legislativa aprovou, nesta quarta-feira (11), o aumento dos salários dos deputados estaduais. Atualmente, um parlamentar recebe R$ 25,3 mil de subsídio, mais verba indenizatória e outros penduricalhos.
O aumento ocorre após o Congresso Nacional aprovar, em dezembro passado, o aumento do salário dos ministros do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal). A aprovação – em efeito cascata – aumentou o teto dos subsídios de todo o alto escalão do poder público.
Agora, nos primeiro meses deste ano, os deputados receberão R$ 29,4 mil. Conforme o projeto, já em abril o salário chegará a R$ 31,2 mil.
Para o ano seguinte, a partir do dia 1º de fevereiro, o subsídio aumenta para R$ 33 mil, e chega a R$ 34,7 mil em fevereiro de 2025. Ao fim do período, os parlamentares receberão um aumento salarial em 37%.
O aumento progressivo ocorre pois assim foi estabelecido pelo Congresso Nacional quando concedeu o aumento aos ministros do STF.
A justificativa do projeto diz que a inflação acumulada desde a última revisão dos deputados, ocorrida em 1º de fevereiro de 2014, é de aproximadamente de 60%, calculada pelos índices de preço IPCA e INPC do IBGE.
“Este Projeto prevê, para janeiro de 2023, o reajuste dos subsídios dos parlamentares no percentual de 16,4%, bem abaixo da inflação verificada para o período”, consta na justificativa.
Sessão
Na sessão, ainda foi aprovado o projeto da Lei Orçamentária Anual (LOA) de 2023 em R$ 30, 815 bilhões. Nele, ficou estabelecido que o Executivo tem autorização de 20% do total da despesa para abrir crédito suplementares.
Ao fim da sessão, o presidente Eduardo Botelho (União) disse que a expectativa é de que essa seja a última sessão desta legislatura. A exceção ocorrerá caso o Governo do Estado mande algum projeto com urgência.
A nova legislatura toma posse no dia 1º de fevereiro, uma quarta-feira, às 9h.
